Sensory information through our on-premises video surveillance cameras used in the retail and front-desk area of our studios

Information about your preferences, such as whether you prefer teacher assists in class, or prefer to not have teacher assists
Your correspondence with us, if you reach out to us for customer service or technical support
Any other information you voluntarily provide to us, including information about any health or medical conditions you may have that you disclose to us as part of your fitness workouts or when you are freezing or canceling your membership
Information We Collect from Third-Party Sources, Including Social Media Platforms.
We may collect information about you from third party sources. This includes third party booking platforms that you book a Social Fitness Club class through, such as ClassPass, which provide us with your name, contact information, and any applicable consent form you sign when you agree to take one of our classes. We may use paid advertising through social media platforms that collect contact information you voluntarily provide on a form which is delivered to us so we may follow up on the inquiry, promotion or contest entry.
Information We Collect Automatically from your Browser or Device.
The Social Fitness Club collects information that is sent to us automatically by your web browser or mobile device. We may use cookies, pixel tags, clear GIFs, and similar technologies to collect this information from you. For more information about how we use cookies and similar technologies to collect information from you, please visit our Cookie Policy. The information we collect from you automatically typically includes your IP address, the name of your operating system, the name and version of your browser, the date and time of your visit, and the pages you visit. With Service Providers, Vendors, and Consultants. The Social Fitness Club shares information we collect with third-party service providers, vendors, and consultants who act for us or on our behalf. To Social Fitness Club Employees and Independent Contractors. The information we collect about you will be disclosed or accessible to Social Fitness Club employees, including instructors of our classes, studio employees and personal trainers.

EGIFTS AND REFERRALS
