What to bring to class:

Prep for Class

Arrive 15 minutes early to your first visit so you can check-in, meet the instructor and store any personal items. Plan on staying 15 minutes after for a quick new person intake so we can see how you liked the class and suggest any other similar classes for you to book. Plus, get a free first timer gift!

What to expect in class.

Instructors to Lead You

Listen to and follow the instructor. Often they will show moves for different levels. Watch fellow classmates if you’re not sure what to do. Choose a spot in class closer to the front so you can see the instructor better and learn faster. Don’t hide in the back!

No Breaks in Class

Many of the classes do not take designated breaks to get water or towel off. Listen to your body and take breaks as needed for water, to catch your breath or to wipe off the sweat.

People at Different Levels

People in the classes will be at different experience levels. Many will be novices, just like you! Watch the experienced ones when you can’t see the instructors and laugh along with the inexperienced ones whenever you miss a move together!

Fun, Fun, Fun!

Have fun and enjoy your time in class! You being in class means you’re on your way to meeting your fitness goals.

Not Keeping Up or Messing Up a Move

No worries if you miss a move or don’t catch on quickly. Everyone is at different levels! Keep moving and trying. You’ll pick it up the more you go and soon enough, you’ll be the one keeping the pace and that newbies will be following!

Cleaning Up After Yourself

Please help us keep our studio clean! Sanitize any equipment you used with wipes provided and throw trash away in bins.
